58 Studios stage boasts a 1,OOOft² all white brick room with wooden floors. Features a three sided 16′ x 18′ x 15′ pre-lit cyclorama wall with lighting grid and electrical power all throughout.
Space includes surround sound throughout the entire room, Wi-Fi, clothing rack, vanity, and frequently sanitized bathroom. Also at ground level (no stairs), making it easy for loading gear in and out.
BOOKING POLICY
By purchasing and confirming your booking you are acknowledging and agreeing to:
• Leaving the space as cleanly, organized and with the same inventory it had as you found it upon arrival; failure to do so may subject clients to a $75 cleaning fee for Photo/Video Studio rentals or an additional fee of 25% of total cost for Event Bookings.
• Arriving to your booking on time. Rescheduling may be granted within a 24-hour time period after your booking. In the event that you need more time and the space is available we will allow a same day postponement
In an effort to make our space comfortable for all visitors, we strive to host a smoke-free environment. That being said—we’re also artists/creatives and we understand the benefits and aid of smoking as a visual prop and tool of innovation so we’ve offered it as an add-on for those who’d like it. Smoking in the space is only permitted if this is purchased in addition to your booking, clients who smoke within the space without this purchase will be subject to an additional fee.
